Qualifications:
- CPA or JD required (JD preferred for Manager level & required for Senior Manager & Principal level)
- 5 years’ experience with Tax Research & Consulting
-Experience with entity selection and reorganization including choice of entity, restructuring, buying and selling of businesses
- Experience with transition planning for closely held businesses
- Experience with passthrough entities (Partnerships and S Corp) required
