Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Permanent Naturopathic Physician to join our dynamic team in the medical industry. As a Naturopathic Physician, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals seeking natural and holistic healthcare solutions. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care to patients by diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of acute and chronic diseases using naturopathic principles and practices.
- Conduct thorough physical exams and gather comprehensive medical histories to assess patients' overall health and well-being.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze patients' symptoms, medical records, and test results, and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate natural medicine and health food supplements.
- Demonstrate exceptional writing skills by maintaining accurate and detailed medical records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Exercise sound judgement and decision-making abilities when determining the most appropriate naturopathic remedies and treatments for patients.
- Provide excellent patient service and ensure their satisfaction by actively listening to their concerns, answering their questions, and addressing their healthcare needs.
- Effectively manage time to ensure that patients receive timely and quality care, while also meeting administrative responsibilities.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document patient information, track progress, and communicate with other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid license as a Naturopathic Physician.
- Profound knowledge and experience in diagnosing and treating chronic diseases using natural medicine and naturopathic remedies.
- Excellent critical thinking skills to analyze complex medical conditions and develop effective treatment plans.
- Exceptional writing skills to accurately document patient information and communicate with other healthcare professionals.
- Strong judgement and decision-making abilities to determine the most appropriate course of action for each patient.
- Service-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for providing exceptional patient care.
- Excellent time management skills to balance patient care and administrative responsibilities.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and ability to navigate and utilize them efficiently.
- Extensive experience in prescribing health food supplements and other naturopathic remedies to support patients' overall health and well-being.
