Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive new business growth and meet revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships and hospital contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, affinity organizations, corporate employers, and healthcare insurance companies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the needs of clients.
- Utilize CRM and Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and pipeline.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving new business growth and meeting revenue targets.
- Experience working with CRM and Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of the health and wellness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Will work remotely but must have willingness to travel as needed.
