NURSE MANAGER - BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
The Nurse Manager will report directly to the Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of all nursing activities within the facility
- Performance evaluations
- Hiring
- Scheduling
- Training
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- BSN preferred
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Psychiatric nursing experience preferred
- Current, unencumbered WA license or willing to obtain
- CPR certified
- CPI certified or willing to obtain
- Experience with chemical dependency and/or dual diagnosis
