Qualifications:
Education: A BSN is preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
Licensure/Certification: Your current MA RN license must be in good standing.
Experience: You should have a minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience, including conducting supervision and management functions, in a similar or related setting.
Preferred Skills: Your résumé should sing with experience in training, residential care, or conducting work with at-risk children and adolescents. Strong written, communication, and interpersonal skills are your signature notes.
