Job Details
- Take on a leadership role as a Nurse Practitioner, shaping the quality of care for seniors in a designated facility.
- Collaborate closely with facility Directors of Nursing and Attending Physicians to coordinate patient care and improve outcomes.
- Serve as the primary care provider for patients, ensuring continuity of care and working with nursing teams.
- Treat an average of 12 to 16 patients per day, making high-stakes decisions in challenging situations.
- Build trust and rapport with facility personnel and attending physicians to provide dedicated patient care.
- Foster open communication and teamwork to support the success of clinical programs.
- Navigate the ever-changing environment of a senior care facility with confidence and adaptability.
