Job Details
Daily tracking of the organization’s financial activities.
· Work as a senior team member to develop the long-term vision of the Club, including forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and management reporting.
· Oversee all standard financial and accounting functions including payroll and expense management, purchasing process and cash management and reconciliation.
· Preparation of trial balance, income statements, balance sheets.
· Working closely with the office and restaurant managers to ensure accurate reporting and invoicing to members and payment to vendors.
· Work with and build out external third-party vendors to help with HR/finance/accounting and tax function.
· Have a strong handle on/manage food/supplies cost, restaurant labor and operating expenses / Margins.
· Familiar with sales and commercial tax filings.
· Credit card and private club account receivables operations, reconciliation, and reporting
· Accounts payable operations, reconciliation, and reporting
· Fixed assets depreciation
· Inventory accounting and reconciliation
· Familiar with applications such as QuickBooks, Nexudus, Stripe
