About Us:
We are a leading global law firm committed to delivering unparalleled legal services. We are currently seeking an experienced attorney for the role of Partner, specializing in Litigation and Product Liability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex litigation matters, demonstrating proficiency in case strategy, discovery, motions practice, and trial proceedings.
• Specialize in product liability cases, offering in-depth knowledge and experience in handling issues related to defective products, consumer safety,

and regulatory compliance.

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic legal advice and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Lead a team of attorneys, providing mentorship and guidance, fostering professional development within the firm.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the firm by actively participating in business development initiatives. Identify and pursue new client

opportunities, expanding the firm's footprint in the litigation and product liability practice areas.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
Substantial experience (typically 8 years) in litigation, with a focus on product liability matters.
Proven track record of successful case management, including trial experience.
Strong business development skills and the ability to attract and retain clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in mentoring junior attorneys.
