Job Details
Responsibilities
- Prepare and prosecute patent applications before the USPTO.
- Manage and oversee the company's patent portfolio, ensuring that all patents are properly maintained and enforced.
- Provide legal advice and support to the company on all patent-related matters, including patentability, infringement, validity, and freedom-to-operate analyses.
- Represent the company in PTAB proceedings, including inter partes reviews, post-grant reviews, and covered business method reviews.
- Must have experience with Biotechnology and have an undergraduate degree in molecular biology, genetics, microbiology, immunology, biochemistry, or biotechnology
