Are you a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in payroll and benefits administration? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a Permanent Benefits and Payroll Administrator to join our team

This position plays a vital role in our organization, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll and benefits systems

Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Benefits and Payroll Administrator, you will be tasked with the following :

• Collect New Hire Paperwork
• Run employees thur E-Verify
• Setup new employees in Accounting System
• Advise employees and new employees of benefits available
• Setup new employees in benefits selected once they become available
• Pay all benefits monthly when invoices come in
• Balance benefit accounts to invoices
• Submit 401k weekly
• Keep track of all employee garnishments and pay them weekly
• Enter certified payrolls weekly and on time in various systems
• Maintain Yearly benefit renewals for all employees
• Assist with payroll as needed for backup

Qualifications :

To be considered for the Permanent Benefits and Payroll Administrator role, candidates must possess the following :

A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration

Knowledge of certified payroll is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
