We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Permanent Pharmacist to join our dynamic team in the medical industry. As a Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring that patients receive the correct dosage and instructions for use.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients, taking into account their medical history and specific needs.
• Provide counseling and education to patients regarding their medications, including potential side effects and drug interactions.
• Monitor patients' response to medication therapy and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication profiles and allergies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote medication safety and prevent medication errors.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmaceutical research and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care.
• Participate in the training and supervision of pharmacy technicians and other support staff.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the pharmacy practice.

Qualifications:

• Pharmacist license and registration by the state of Wyoming.
• One year of hospital experience (strongly preferred).
• College Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and drug therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals and educate patients.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve medication-related issues.
• Knowledge of pharmacy computer systems and software applications.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
