Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred, or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current AZ state licensure as a physical therapist.
- Exceptional clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based rehabilitation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Patient Assessment Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient physical condition, functional limitations, and
- Treatment Planning Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions.
- Therapeutic Interventions Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, modalities
- Documentation Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge
- Cross Departmental Collaboration Collaborate with healthcare professionals (physicians, occupational therapists, nurses, etc.) to
- Patient Education Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and home exercise programs to facilitate active
