We are on the hunt for a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist for our esteemed medical facility. The successful candidate will be a critical player in our patient care team, utilizing their expertise to help patients recover from injuries and improve their physical abilities. This full-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field, with a strong emphasis on outpatient care and EMR documentation. The candidate must be a licensed PT in the state of Wyoming.

Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist, your main responsibilities will encompass:

1. Evaluating patients' physical conditions and understanding their needs to create personalized therapy plans.
2. Implementing and managing comprehensive physical therapy programs to assist patients in regaining and maintaining their mobility.
3. Utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and equipment to improve patients' strength, balance, flexibility, and overall physical endurance.
4. Collaborating closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient care.
5. Documenting patients' progress and updating their medical records using EMR systems.
6. Educating patients and their families about the therapy process, potential outcomes, and necessary self-care techniques.
7. Complying with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as professional practice standards.
8. Participating in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A valid Physical Therapist license.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting.
3. Proficiency in using EMR systems for documentation purposes.
4. A current CPR certification.
5. Exceptional patient service skills and the ability to empathize with patients' physical and emotional struggles.
6. Strong analytical skills to assess patients' conditions and develop suitable therapy plans.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
8. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of physical therapy.
