We are an Electrical Engineering and Design company that specializes in providing Engineered Solutions. Currently, we are looking for a skilled Power Engineer with strong PLC, HMI, and DCS programming ability to ensure that all of our clients automated processes are set up and running properly. Our ideal candidate will come from a dairy processing background (Pasteurization & CIP experience), have an Engineering degree, 5 years of Instrumentation and Controls experience, including PLC and DCS programming experience, and be well versed with a variety of PLCs. This candidate will also have previous experience with HMIs/SCADA programming as well as an expert with troubleshooting, and the ability to successfully interface with customers to determine their needs.

Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and implement power systems using ABB, Rockwell, controls, automation, robotics, and PLC.
2. Carry out detailed Etap modeling for power system analysis.
3. Use AutoCAD for designing and drafting electrical systems and equipment.
4. Apply engineering principles to solve complex problems in the field of power engineering.
5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including stamp drawings and blueprints.
6. Program, test, and troubleshoot HMI and PLC systems.
7. Use ladder logic for PLC programming and troubleshooting.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in power engineering.
10. Ensure all engineering activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
2. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in power engineering, preferably in the engineering industry.
4. Proven experience with ABB, Rockwell, controls, automation, robotics, and PLC.
5. Proficiency in Etap modeling and AutoCAD.
6. Experience in designing and stamping drawings and blueprints.
7. Strong knowledge of HMI and ladder logic.
8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
9. Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
