Job Details

We are actively seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and experienced Permanent Producer in the Insurance industry. This is a unique opportunity to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing top-tier insurance solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing an existing book of business, with a keen focus on personal lines insurance and commercial lines insurance. This role requires a seasoned insurance producer who can leverage their expertise to drive growth and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and grow an existing book of business, focusing on both personal lines insurance and commercial lines insurance.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations surpassed.
3. Leverage industry knowledge and expertise to identify and exploit new business opportunities.
4. Work closely with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
5. Stay abreast of industry trends, market changes, and regulatory developments.
6. Provide excellent customer service, resolving client issues promptly and professionally.
7. Collaborate with underwriters to ensure accurate and timely processing of policies.
8. Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

1. Must possess a 4-40 Insurance License and 2-20 Insurance License.
2. Must have a Property and Casualty insurance license.
3. Proven experience as an insurance producer, with a strong track record in personal lines insurance and commercial lines insurance.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage and grow an existing book of business.
5. Strong knowledge of the insurance market, products, and services.
6. Excellent relationship-building skills, with a client-centric approach to business.
7. Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a proven ability to close deals.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms.
9. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
