The successful candidate will will will be be responsible for responsible for managing and improving production processes in our our fast-paced-paced, high-volume manufacturing facility. This role is vital to ensuring the efficient operation of our production lines and meeting our customer's requirements for quality and delivery. The candidate will have have hands-on experience with Injection Molding, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Enterprise Resource Resource Planning (ERP) systems. 1. Oversee daily operations of of the manufacturing unit and ensure production production schedules are met without met without compromising on on quality.
2. Utilize expertise in Injection Molding to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and and improve overall product quality.
3. Manage and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accurate ensure accurate product costing and inventory management.

4. Implement and ERP systems to optimize production planning, inventory control, and supply chain management management.
5. Develop and implement implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
6. Coordinate with other departments such as Quality, Engineering, and Sales to ensure ensure alignment with company goals.
7. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team.
8. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
9. Prepare and present performance reports to the senior management team.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
2. Minimum of of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership role.
3. Proven experience with Injection Molding, BOM, and ERP systems.
4. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems.
5.. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
10. Knowledge of health and and safety regulations in the manufacturing industry.
