From desk to factory floor to job sites and client meetings, you will be challenged to develop your skills in a new field, taking a critical role in project delivery via the DMC methodology

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity to take up a leadership role where you will oversee and manage all aspects of our production line. As a Permanent Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently while meeting our high standards of quality. You will be a key player in our team, directly impacting our success and growth.
Responsibilities:
As a Production Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing the production process, ensuring that it runs smoothly and according to schedule.
2. Implementing and managing production plans, taking into account capacity and resource availability.
3. Utilizing TAKT time to balance the workload and optimize production efficiency.
4. Forecasting production needs based on historical data and future projections.
5. Identifying and implementing improvements to the production process to increase productivity and reduce costs.
6. Ensuring that the final products meet our high-quality standards and customer expectations.
7. Collaborating with other departments, such as Supply Chain and Quality Assurance, to optimize overall operations.
8. Training, supervising, and evaluating staff performance.
9. Ensuring all safety and compliance standards are met within the production environment.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
1. Proven experience as a Production Manager or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
2. Expertise in production management and understanding of TAKT time principles.
3. Strong knowledge of production planning and forecasting.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
8. Knowledge of industry safety and compliance standards.
9. Ability to use production management software and other related tools.
10. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
