Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative design concepts and solutions.
- Produce high-quality architectural drawings and documentation using Revit.
- Oversee and coordinate the work of junior architects and designers.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
- Regularly present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure all projects adhere to budget and timeline constraints.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; preference for a Master’s degree in architecture.
- 2 years experience as an Architectural Designer or Registered Architect.
- Mandatory experience with Revit (BIM).
- Proven experience in working with clients, contributing to program development, and maintaining robust client relationships throughout projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead architectural design and documentation, while also directing other staff in completing construction documents, specifications, and construction administration tasks.
- Familiarity with code requirements and construction building methods and materials.
