Job Details
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in daily responsibilities including maintenance of contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Compile and process proposals and owner contracts.
- Coordinate job submittals and RFIs.
- Work with Cities and Villages to acquire all necessary permits for construction projects.
- Overall subcontract and Certificate of Insurance responsibility.
- Process change orders and change pricing.
- Distribute job schedules regularly to subcontractors.
- Reporting of meeting minutes and project documentation.
- Filing and organization of all project files and documentation.
- Project closeout and deliverables
