Key Responsibilities
- Actively seek out, follow-up on, and respond to leads for new project opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Summarize project requirements for hand-off to the project management team
- Review estimates and proposals to ensure accuracy and alignment with project objectives
- Prepare information and present it to customers, including proposals, material samples, literature, drawings, renderings, etc.
- Assist with Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by providing relevant project information and documentation
- Research local zoning code regulations and requirements to ensure compliance
- Direct plan approval requirements and submittals, coordinating with regulatory agencies and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to increase market share
- Assist with ongoing marketing plan and advertising efforts to promote the company
- Maintain and update CRM platform
- Actively engage in networking activities
- Photograph sites during all phases of construction
- Prepare project information sheets for completed projects to showcase achievements and capabilities
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in architecture, drafting, business, engineering, or construction related programming
- Demonstrated business development experience
- Demonstrated experience in construction related industry
- Experience in construction drawing/drafting software
