We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager/Superintendent to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, with a focus on drywall, acoustics, metal framing, metal studs, wood framing, and commercial drywall. As a Project Manager/Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the project from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- Manage and supervise a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors, laborers, and tradespeople
- Monitor and report on project progress, including budget, schedule, and quality control
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in construction project management or superintendent role
- Strong knowledge of drywall, acoustics, metal framing, metal studs, wood framing, and commercial drywall
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and supervise a team of construction professionals
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
