Job Details
- 5 years construction experience in project management
- Project experience in k-12, higher education, senior living and/or public works, a plus
- Advanced understanding of drawings/specs
- Experience and ability to negotiate, write and execute subcontracts
- Strong understanding of sequencing and scheduling
- Engineering/Construction Management degree, preferred
- Proficient with construction software(s)
