We require a minimum of 5 years Project Manager or Superintendent Experience along with a combined total of 10yrs in the commercial construction industry. Preferred candidate will have excellent skills in scheduling, estimating, change management, budget accountability, subcontractor administration, computer software, Procore, and excellent employment history. A degree in Building Construction preferred but not required.
