Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Permanent Superintendent to join our team in the construction industry. As a Permanent Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial and ground-up construction, concrete footings, foundations, SOG, steel/precast erection, metal stud, and carpentry. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage and supervise construction crews and subcontractors
• Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed
• Monitor and report project progress to senior management
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
• Maintain a positive relationship with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in commercial and ground-up construction
• Extensive knowledge of concrete footings, foundations, SOG, steel/precast erection, metal stud, and carpentry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred, but not required
