In-person interactions have been proven to provide a stronger therapeutic alliance between psychiatrists and patients. The face-to-face connection can build trust, enhance empathy, and establish a safe and supportive environment for patients to share their concerns and emotions openly.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to provide in-person services.
Job Details
The incoming Psychiatrist will join a team of two Psychiatrists and have the support of one Licensed Clinical Social Worker, one Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor, and two Licensed Marriage & Family therapists.
This position is 100% outpatient with 4.5 days in clinic and 0.5 days administrative. If you or someone you know is interested, please feel free to share this information.
Professional Summary:
Schedule: 4.5 days in clinic and .5 days admin. May have 1 Day of Inpatient (Optional)
Call: No Nights/Weekends/Call
Average patients seen: 15-17 Patients Per Day
Types of cases: Predominantly Behavioral Patients
Additional: Full Comprehensive Benefits, Guaranteed Salary Above $300k, lucrative sign-on Bonus & Relocation Assistance
Qualifications:
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Now Considering J1/H1b Visas (2023/2024)
