- Monitor and administer the Document Management System, including maintaining document archives, organizing master documents, and certificates of analysis.
- Ensure data integrity of the Quality system through the establishment of monitoring processes and procedures.
- Maintain the document register and inform document owners of review timeframes.
- Archive, organize, and secure quality record files for efficient retrieval.
- Provide training for staff at all levels on the Quality program and documentation, including SQF and food quality practices.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of food safety and quality standards, including experience with SQF (Safe Quality Food).
- Experience in maintaining document management systems and ensuring data integrity.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and experience in compliance with third-party audits.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to review and establish quality frameworks and forms.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to provide support to stakeholders and conduct audits.
