Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes for our manufacturing operations
- Conduct regular audits of our manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement
- Work with our suppliers to ensure that their products meet our quality standards
- Develop and implement training programs for our manufacturing team to ensure that they are following our quality control processes
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality
- Maintain our ISO quality management system, including conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance with ISO standards
- Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure that new product designs meet our quality standards
- Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues across the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with foundry operations and quality control processes
- Strong knowledge of ISO quality management systems and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
