We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional for the role of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Quality Engineer. In this position, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout our organization. Join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our business management system.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, deliver, and maintain Six Sigma training programs for our team members
Conduct statistical assessments and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
Mentor and provide guidance to lower-level belts and project teams
Lead meetings and effectively communicate project status to senior management
Champion the use of Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools across the organization
Collaborate with various departments to drive cost savings, efficiency improvement, and quality enhancement using the DMAIC process
Work closely with process owners to analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and prioritize projects
QUALIFICATIONS
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt (preferred) with practical manufacturing experience
Strong background in quality management, manufacturing, continuous improvement, or Lean Six Sigma
Proficiency in statistical software (preferably MINITAB) and SPC methods
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented
Excellent time and project management abilities
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Required: B.S. degree in Engineering or a related technical field
