- Establish and oversee quality control procedures for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Resolve quality challenges and drive improvements through technical expertise and best practices.
- Design workflows, analyze quality data, and lead investigations into customer complaints.
- Support ISO audits, maintain departmental tools, and assist in budgeting and equipment purchases.
- Supervise and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree required; advanced knowledge of Lean, Statistical Process Control, and ISO9001.
- 3 or more years in manufacturing with strong skills in problem-solving, communication, and process improvement.
- Proficient in CMM programming, tool calibration, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ISO001 2015, PPAP, FAI, and calibration management.
