Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that our products meet or exceed customer expectations
- Maintain and improve our quality management systems
- Conduct regular audits of our processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with our production team to ensure that quality standards are being met throughout the manufacturing process
- Collaborate with our engineering team to develop new products and ensure that they meet our quality standards
- Provide training and support to our staff on quality management systems and procedures
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 3 years of experience in quality management in the engineering industry
- Strong knowledge Quality with a Tier 1 or OEM automotive manufacturing company (preferred)
- Experience working with metals and metal fabrication processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement
