Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Quality Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and that our manufacturing processes are efficient and effective. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that our products meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to identify areas for improvement and implement LEAN manufacturing principles to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
- Manage a team of quality control technicians and provide training and support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing a team of quality control technicians.
