Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain a strong network of referral sources (brokers, attorneys, accountants).
- Grow and manage a portfolio of commercial clients, promoting bank products and services.
- Screen and analyze loan applicants, monitor borrower performance, and facilitate loan closing with Credit.
- Ensure smooth execution of routine transactions and maintain competitive market knowledge.
- Promote the bank through community engagement and local events.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, C&I, and SBA loan underwriting.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending, credit analysis, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to manage high-volume workflow.
