Job Details
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neurosciences and a passion for patient care. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Our Registered Nurses are at the heart of our patient-centered approach and play a crucial role in our commitment to providing exceptional healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Providing high-quality direct and indirect patient care in a fast-paced environment.
2. Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
3. Administering medications, monitoring patient responses to treatment, and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
4. Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to share expertise and knowledge.
5. Documenting all patient information accurately and completely.
6. Providing emotional support to patients and their families.
7. Working closely with the neurosciences team to ensure patients with neurological disorders receive specialized care.
8. Educating patients and their families on disease processes, medical-surgical procedures, and other aspects of therapeutic regimens.
9. Participating in professional development activities and maintaining current knowledge of nursing practices and standards.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:
1. Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
3. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
4. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
5. Advanced knowledge of nursing procedures and practices.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
7. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
8. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
9. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
10. Must be flexible with work hours and available for on-call duties.
