Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications using Java, Spring, and MongoDB
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet those requirements
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and best practices
- Build and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high code quality and reliability
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members
- Continuously improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of our applications
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the Java and Microservices ecosystems
- Mentor and coach junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in designing and developing microservices-based applications using Java, Spring, and MongoDB
- Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and related patterns
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Reactive Web, Webflux, and Git
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies, TDD, and CI/CD
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
