As an RN, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and comprehensive care to patients with various medical conditions. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring and recording vital signs and other patient data
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Educating patients and their families about their medical conditions and treatment options
- Ensuring that all medical equipment and supplies are properly maintained and used
- Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs
Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license
- Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
- BLS and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and continuous improvement
