Job Details
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders within the company and subsidiaries
- Set up new customers in the ERP system and process customer orders
- Acknowledge orders and provide updates on existing orders to ensure order dates are on track with customer expectations
- Create reports for internal and external customers requests.
- Establish and enforce departmental procedures for processing orders, coordinating change orders with customers, and communicating with manufacturing planning.

Other successful qualifications are:
- Excellent communications skills via email and phone when working with internal and external customers
- Ability to clearly set goals, expectations and navigate and lead multinational internal teams
- Experience in managing customer orders within an ERP system
- Comfortable solving problems and digging into new technologies
- Adapts easily to change
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Must possess excellent attention to detail and be extremely organized
- Microsoft Office experience - especially Excel
- High sense of urgency with exceptional problem-solving ability
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
