Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process, including generating purchase orders and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Manage the sales order process, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring that invoices are accurate and processed on time.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their requirements and provide support as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, accounting, and operations to ensure that all purchase and sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Continuously improve the procurement and sales order process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement and sales orders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement and sales order operations.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with a CRM system is a plus.
