Job Details
Client is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about leveraging Salesforce to drive efficiency and value. This position will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce platform, ensuring it aligns with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing Salesforce environments, with a particular emphasis on Financial Services Cloud.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 100 users.
2. Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
3. Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
4. Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
5. Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
6. Effectively utilize and leverage the Salesforce toolset to enhance the business processes.
7. Manage Salesforce integrations with other systems including Marketing Cloud, IPaas, and nCino.
8. Ensure data integrity by merging duplicate Leads, Contacts, and Accounts; performing mass uploads and updates of data as required.
9. Provide support to users, diagnose and quickly resolve user issues.
10. Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
2. Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
3. Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
4. Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
5. Demonstrated experience in Salesforce.com systems integration.
6. Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, IPaas, and nCino.
7. Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified.
8. Strong data management abilities.
9. Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred.
10. Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
