This position will support various projects and initiatives for these enterprise teams, occasionally interfacing with business units to understand their needs and requirements. This position will report to the Director, Enterprise Systems.

Job Details
The Enterprise Systems Engineer/Salesforce Developer will be responsible for technical hands-on configuration and development of business applications for the Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and more. This position will support various projects and initiatives for these enterprise teams, occasionally interfacing with business units to understand their needs and requirements. This position will report to the Director, Enterprise Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce: Update or maintain APEX triggers, debug Salesforce Flows, create custom fields, write formulas or validation rules
- Veeva Vault: Create fields, debug Vault Workflows
- Tableau: Debug and write calculated fields
- Ability to write or maintain existing Python scripts for use in Tableau, Snowflake
- Technical solution implementation, hands-on for complex systems especially Salesforce, Veeva CRM, Vault, Power Automate, Tableau
- Analyze or advise on customizations, improving code for the Commercial team and other business units.
- Evaluate issues posed by vendors or agencies and advise on solutions.
Professional Experience/Qualifications
- 2 years of developer/configuration/analysis hands-on experience (biotech/pharma preferred)
- Must have Salesforce experience
- Must be able to own Apex projects
- Experience with implementation, development, and configuration
- Prior configuration experience in Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault is preferred
- SQL, API integration, APEX, Python, JavaScript, HTML, and PowerShell experience preferred.
- Hands on connecting data to APIs, debugging vendor issues with tools such as PostMan.
- Key Systems: Salesforce CRM (Veeva CRM), Veeva Vault, Power Automate, Tableau
- Knowledge of other enterprise systems such as SAP nice to have.
- Problem solver mindset, willingness to learning new systems.
