Job Details:
Our company is seeking an up and coming Salesforce Developer to join our technology team. This is a permanent position where you will be tasked with designing, developing, and implementing software solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce, Lightning, Apex, and VisualForce. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, and the successful candidate will be a part of a team that is responsible for driving innovation and efficiency in our business processes.

Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality software solutions on the Salesforce platform.
2. Leverage your expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce, Lightning, Apex, and VisualForce to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.
3. Debug and fix defects in the system and improve application performance.
4. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge, including Salesforce best practices.
5. Collaborate with various internal teams including Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Quality Assurance to deliver on time, on budget, high-quality projects.
6. Provide technical leadership on complex projects and research new technologies to stay updated with the latest solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem.
7. Document system configurations, workflows, and customizations, and train users on system functionality as needed.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
2. Proficient with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce, Lightning, Apex, and VisualForce.
3. Salesforce Developer Certification is highly preferred.
4. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
5. Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
6. Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
7. Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
8. Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details.
9. Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
