We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Business Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be instrumental in driving business growth and transformation within our technology company. You will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions that enhance our business operations and customer experience (CX). You will be working closely with a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about leveraging technology to drive business success.
Responsibilities:
As an SAP Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
1. Analyzing and understanding business needs and translating them into effective SAP solutions.
2. Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to define project scope and objectives.
3. Designing, configuring, and testing SAP modules to meet business requirements.
4. Providing technical expertise in SAP HANA and other SAP technologies.
5. Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget.
6. Facilitating training and providing support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
7. Conducting regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and compliance with best practices.
8. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
9. Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status and escalating issues as necessary.
10. Keeping abreast of the latest developments in SAP technologies and applying this knowledge to improve our systems and processes.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP technologies.
2. Proven experience with SAP CX and HANA.
3. Excellent understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
4. Strong knowledge of SAP system design, configuration, and testing.
5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
8. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
9. SAP certification is highly desirable.
10. Ability to stay updated with the latest technological trends and apply them to improve business operations.
