Monthly closing journal entries
Compile monthly financial statement reports and analyze any variances
Compile job cost reports and assist in facilitating monthly WIP meetings
Compile data and schedules required for audits and tax filings
Reconcile general ledger accounts monthly
Maintain fixed asset records
Complete annual personal property tax returns
Assist in facilitating 401k plan
File apprenticeship grant applications
Assist with implementation of new ERP system and company process improvements
Must Haves:
BS Degree in Accounting
5 years of accounting experience; public accounting experience strongly preferred
