Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting of Finance
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional accounting or finance experience
- Familiarity with Asset Liability Management;
- Credit Union Experience
- The primary focus of this role will be to provide forward-looking strategic support to business partners throughout the company
- Create reporting and analysis including financial dashboards and visualizations
- Make recommendations to management based on analyzing results, monitoring variances, and identifying trends
- Develop and track key performance metrics against the company's strategic objectives
- Create management reports and analyses to support decision making
- Prepare and develop budgets, forecasts, and models that will allow management to make informed decisions
- Work with key stakeholders to help improve management understanding of the business and foster better decision making
- Conduct benchmarking and process analysis
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental and corporate goals
- Take ownership for change and identify process improvements where needed
