Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
- 4 years of finance experience or 6 years in lieu of a degree, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with SAP, preferred.
- Aid management in monthly reporting, analysis, and compiling annual budgets.
- Execute journal entries in line with GAAP standards.
- Validate inventory accuracy through audits and data analysis.
- Assist in budget creation and strategic forecasting, scrutinizing variances and trends.
- Scrutinize monthly operating results, detecting anomalies, and proposing improvement strategies.
- Log secondary material sales transactions and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, providing necessary information and reports.
- Collaborate with Shared Services to accurately process vendor invoices.
- Manage cost review and control across various plant expenditures.
- Handle inventory accounting, intercompany charges, and statistical survey completion.
