We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior MEP Engineer to join our Phoenix team. Job Details

Qualifications:
Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
8 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a proven track record in project management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
Extensive knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and best practices in MEP design and implementation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and project management tools.
Strong industry network and the ability to leverage contacts for business development.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the design and implementation of MEP systems for diverse construction projects.
Oversee and coordinate the work of multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Review and sign off on engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
Leverage your industry contacts to strengthen client relationships and support business development efforts.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop efficient, cost-effective engineering solutions.
Ensure all MEP systems are designed to meet client specifications, project budgets, and timelines.
