We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team in the technology industry. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our B2B and D2C customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure product features are delivered on time and within budget
- Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans
- Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Manage and mentor junior product managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in eCommerce, B2B, or D2C industries
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing successful products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies
