Job Details
we use Rails, Turbo, and StimulusJS to create single page app experiences while following a server-side application model with minimal JavaScript.
You'll join a small team of full-stack, product-oriented engineers who are passionate about the platform we are building.
YOU WILL:
Work with an international team of product-oriented engineers working to positively change professional networking as we know it.
Leverage Ruby on Rails, Turbo, StimulusJS, and Bootstrap to create, maintain, and iterate on features used by thousands of people.
EXPECTATIONS FOR YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS:
30 days: You are familiar with the company, product, and codebase. You can pick up and complete bug fixes and small features.
60 days: You contribute meaningfully to the development process, building features at a high level of quality and performing daily code review.
90 days: You are a key part of the engineering team, able to take on complex features and contribute both the front-end and back-end code.
YOU HAVE:
4 years of full-stack engineering experience using Ruby on Rails.
3 years Heruku or AWS
Gitlab or Github actions
