Job Details
We are looking for a hands-on Staff Level Engineering Manager, fluent in .Net tech stack or Java. Successful candidates will have roughly 3-7 years managing backend focused engineers in a high growth environment and collaborating with other departments like product and design, EngSec, Data, and more.
- 10 years of software engineering with experience in .Net tech stack or using Java with a focus on backend engineering
- Strong microservices experience is a must. Ideally you have broken down monolithic apps or created a new microservices architecture from scratch.
- Must have AWS experience
- Knowledgeable about algorithms, data structures, and best practices
- Understanding how to create modular APIs and have a solid understanding of the backend process
- Experience managing a small-team while remaining hands-on as a manager
