Responsibilities:
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
2. Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
3. Conducting user research and evaluating user feedback to enhance and polish the user experience.
4. Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
5. Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
6. Presenting and defending designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
7. Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
1. A minimum of 4 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services (must have agency/consulting experience).
2. A portfolio showcasing excellent UI/UX skills with a strong graphic design work.
3. Deep understanding of custom software and designing across Web, iOS, and Android platforms
4. Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
5. Deep understanding of strategic design methods, HCD, and UX for mobile experience and enterprise applications
6. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
7. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
8. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
9. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
10. Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
