Overview:
The Software Development Manager will lead and oversee the technical team in designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions for enterprise applications. This role is crucial in establishing and achieving strategic goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor, coach, and guide a team of application developers to support their professional growth.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand and analyze their requirements.
- Lead discussions to design and develop enterprise systems using applications like ServiceNow and CRM to meet business objectives.
- Drive the design and development of complex software applications, including customization and integration of enterprise applications.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Analyze and resolve technical challenges and obstacles encountered during the development process. Identify potential issues and provide timely solutions.
- Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure reliable and bug-free software releases.
- Manage the release and upgrade cycle, coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth deployment of enterprise applications.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage application development projects to ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance the development process and improve efficiencies.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements to enhance systems and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies for enterprise application development.
- Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrate and model company core values and leadership principles.
- Ensure customer privacy by adhering to privacy guidelines.
- Maintain regular attendance to provide direction and communication to team members.
- Be available to assist team members outside of normal business hours as necessary.

Experience and Education:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team of Software Developers is required.
- Experience in Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics CRM Development is required.
- Preferably, experience leading a team of Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics CRM developers.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Software Development experience is required.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET, and familiarity with modern software development frameworks and tools.
